Unique To the Acuscope/ Mypulse System
This system utilizes microcurrent; this current is equivalent to what our bodies' generate naturally. So the body has the ability to recognize the level of current being put in; therefore it can respond more efficiently to treatment. By using microcurrent we are also replenishing the body of the natural current it requires for self repair.
This system also utilizes a Bio-feedback system. This system allows the instrument to internally adjust (every 5 milliseconds) its output according to what the cells are requiring during a session. AcuscopeThe Acuscope communicates specifically with the nervous system and works to open and create healthier neuropathways. It has the ability to communicate will all parts of the nervous system, CNS, PNS and ANS.
This instrument allows the therapist to take digital reading, these readings help guide us to areas of cellular deficiency and help monitor the tissues during the treatment. There are 4 main components of the digital readings: conductivity levels, resistance (can the cell hold a healthy charge), impedance (blockages that can be caused by inflammation, scar tissue, or damage), and finally the sodium/potassium chemistry of the cells (dehydration can effect the accuracy of the readings). The main goal of the instrument is to normalize the level of current in the nerve cells. |

Myopulse:Companion instrument to the Acuscope. The Myopulse has direct access to soft and connective tissues (muscles, tendons/ligaments, fascia, periosteum). This instrument does not take digital readings; however, it does monitor and normalize the electromagnetic field surrounding soft and connective tissue. Therefore the main goal of the Myopulse is to lead strictly to the normalization of muscle/soft tissue.

Program Options
General or Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance is for young horses going into training for the first time. 1-2x week, 1x every2 weeks, 1x month after starter series. Can vary depending on the horse. |
Rehab
5 days a week for 30 days recheck then adjust amount of sessions. |
Performance Optimization
For Prep - 3-4 hours before performance or before meds are given. Post Perfromance - 3-4 hours after performance no less then 24 hours. |
